GlaxoSmithKline Site Operations called on Twist to promote its internal printing and production division. Twist performed a SWOT analysis, initiated and analyzed customer research, developed positioning, and recommended organizational changes to help deliver on a proposed strategy. We created and executed a complete marketing communications plan, reintroducing the organization under a new name. Tactics included graphic identity, brochures, direct mail, intranet promotions, and launch expos at multiple sites.
