This interactive session is designed to help anyone, in any field, at any level, gain more confidence and competency in their ability to negotiate.

Better understand the importance of negotiation; obtain a practical framework for approaching the process as joint problem solvers vs. adversaries; acquire the necessary skills to become a more successful negotiator, regardless of the situation; and appreciate the need for continued dialogue, even after negotiations have concluded.
